A 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package saves space on a board.Packing is done according to the Tape & Reel (TR) method.Telecommunications equipment is mounted using Surface Mount.Telecommunications equipment consists of 2 circuits.A higher supply voltage for 3V~3.6V will improve efficiency.The operating temperature set at -40°C~110°C can offer reliable performance.Telecom switching is mounted in a Surface Mount-direction.Telecom equipment operates wit h a supply current of 4.5mA.A minimum temperature value -40°C is set to ensure normal operation.In order to ensure normal operation of the telecom circuit, the temperature is set at the maximum value of 110°C.This telecommunication product can work with 14.5Ohm-resistances.
