VUM85-05A Overview
Based on VUM, there are a number of related parts.Basically, it is a V2-PAK package-type electronic component.A Chassis Mount mount is used for this device.In order for rectifier to operate normally, rectifier must be kept at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ.For powering this device, there is a peak reverse voltage of 500μA.
