VUC36-12GO2 Overview
Bridge rectifier has 8 pins.By using the base part number VUC, we can identify a number of related components.The component is available as a KAMM package.A monitoring should be done of the reverse leakage current and it should not be allowed to exceed zero.There is no mounting method for the device.At -40°C~125°C TJ, the device operates normally.Surge current should be monitored and not be allowed to exceed 330A.During its operation, this device is powered by a peak reverse voltage of 300μA.
