DSS25-0045A Overview
Phase diode rectifier produces a maximum reverse leakage current of 1mA volts.In this device, there is an average rectified current of 25A volts.There is no limit to the forward current value.Surge currents are limited to 400A.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 1mA, as shown in the data chart.
