DSP8-08A Overview
As long as the forward voltage is set to 1.15V, the device will operate.Maintaining a surge current under 100A and not letting it exceed it is the key to preventing it.Devices that have a forward voltage of 8A will operate.Array is powered by a reverse voltage peak of 5μA.
