DSI45-12A Overview
A reverse voltage of 1.2kV is reasonable.In this device, there is an average rectified current of 45A volts.When the forward current reaches 48A, it is allowed.There can be no surge current above 475A.As the data chart indicates, the peak reverse is 20μA.
