A reverse voltage of 600V is reasonable.There is an average rectified current of 30A volts for this device.Forward current may not exceed 30A.Phase diode rectifier is possible to use a surge current of maximum value 250A.A data chart shows that the peak reverse is 250μA in the datasheets.
