DSEP2X60-12A Overview
There will be no operation of this device when the forward voltage is set to 2.84V.We should be monitoring the surge current and keeping it below 800A.In this case, the forward voltage has to be set at 60A to operate the device.In devices such as this one, reverse voltage peak is set at 1mA.
