This device will operate when the forward voltage is set to 390mV.Maintaining a surge current under 160A and not letting it exceed it is the key to preventing it.As long as the forward voltage is set to 20A, the device will operate.Its maximal reverse leakage current is 10μA, which is the current from that semiconductor device when the device is reverse biased.
