Phase diode rectifier produces a maximum reverse leakage current of 30μA volts.As a result, this device has a rectified current of 20A volts on average.Forward current may not exceed 20A.150A is the maximum value of surge current that can be used.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 30μA, as shown in the data chart.
