IS25LQ010A-JNLE Overview

On the chip, there is an 1Mb 128K x 8 memory, which is the size of the chip's memory. The device uses a mainstream FLASH-format memory. A wide operating temperature range makes this device ideal for a variety of demanding applications. A voltage of 2.3V~3.6V is possible to be applied to the supply. It is recommended that the mounting type be Surface Mount. There is a clock frequency rotation of the memory within a 80MHz range. A 8-pin package containing this memory device is used to house this device.
