IS25LP016D-JKLE-TR Overview

The device uses a mainstream FLASH-format memory. The device's extended operating temperature range of -40°C~105°C TA makes it ideal for many demanding applications. It is capable of handling a voltage supply of 2.3V~3.6V. The recommended mounting type for memory ics is Surface Mount. As you can see from the diagram, the chip is planted with 8 terminations.
