The Isocom Components 2004 LTD Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output TLP621XGB is an advanced optoisolator ideal for use in high voltage applications. It offers high isolation voltage ratings up to 5,300 Volts and offers a low on-state resistance to minimize power consumption. The device features a 4-pin DIP package making it easy to integrate into any system and is RoHS compliant. The Optoisolator also provides high dark current ratings for long lifetime and excellent electrical isolation between the input and output circuits to increase system stability. With a very low saturation voltage and high isolation voltage, it is an ideal solution for mass production.
