TLP620-4X Product Details
The Isocom Components 2004 LTD TLP620-4X Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output is a device that isolates low voltage circuits from higher voltage circuits. It is 5.3KV quad-channel isolation, with a 16DIP package size. It has low source to source and source to sink isolation resistance of up to 100GΩ and a rise time less than 3ns. This opto isolator offers a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C. It has a low capacitance of 0.1pF and a low input current of 5nA. Furthermore, this device offers a low crosstalk, surge immunity and excellent EMC performance. The TLP620-4X provides fast switching speeds, high insulation voltage and high dielectric strength. It is UL, cUL, TUV, and VDE approved, making it suitable for industrial, medical, automotive and other commercial applications.
