Isocom Components 2004 LTD's TLP521-4X Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output is a four-channel optocoupler with high-voltage, 5.3kV electrical isolation designed for today’s automated data transmission technology. The TLP521-4X is the ideal choice for automotive, communications, industrial, and military applications that require high-quality, safety-critical optocoupler insulation. The TLP521-4X features four NPN phototransistors with a peak photocurrent of 5mA. It has a ultra low saturation voltage, low current leakage, and is capable of withstanding up to 10,000Vrms input/output isolation test voltage. The Optoisolator is built in a 16-DIP package with a compact size of 9.81mm x 6.35mm, allowing it to fit easily into tight spaces. The TLP521-4X is available with a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 110°C, and its high dielectric strength makes it incredibly reliable and durable. Additionally, it has a long life with little to no maintenance requirements. This optocoupler is backed by Isocom Components 2004 LTD’s industry-leading warranty for both commercial and military applications.
