Isocom Components 2004 LTD’s Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output TLP321-2X is an opto-isolator IC that provides a high level of electrical noise isolation between input and output signals in industrial equipment. This IC features two photovoltaic output channels, 5.3kV of reinforced isolation and 8-pin DIP package. It is able to maintain high performance in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +100°C, being able to work under high humidity conditions. This optiml performance and isolation make the TLP321-2X ideal for use in industrial control applications as well as in medical, factory automation and other circuits.
