The PS2502-4X is an advanced photovoltaic optoisolator that features ultra-fast response speeds, low supply current, enhanced temperature stability and excellent isolation characteristics, making it a reliable solution for various circuits and systems. The PS2502-4X is suitable for wide range of applications such as medical and industrial instrumentation, AC motor controllers, power converters, televisions, PCs, switching power supplies and many more. It offers high-speed switching performance of 2.5kV/µs and low propagation delay of 30ns and is capable of handling currents up to 1A. The device is advantageously designed with a ceramic isolation barrier, which offers maximum reliability and isolation, guaranteed for up to 10 years of continuous operation.
