PS2501-4X Product Details
Isocom Components 2004 LTD’s PS2501-4X Optoisolator - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output is a 5.3kV opto-isolator with a transistor and photovoltaic output. It comes in a standard 16-pin dual in-line package (DIP) and is designed for use in medical and industrial applications to provide electrical isolation between two isolated circuits. It has a low operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, is equipped with high common-mode transient immunity with its 4-channel information transmission capability, and has an isolation voltage of 5000Vrms. It is widely used in power supplies, UPSs, load controllers, and other motor-control applications. The PS2501-4X will provide reliable performance with its wide operating temperature range and rugged construction. It is also UL approved for safety.
