PS2501-1X Product Details

The Isocom Components 2004 LTD PS2501-1X Optoisolators are a family of optically coupled isolators that combine a GaAs infrared LED used to transfer data with a photovoltaic transistor-type output, providing up to 5.3kV isolation voltage in a 4-pin dual-in-line package. The PS2501-1X features a compact design for power supply or logic interface isolations. In addition, the optoisolator meets the standards of various safety designs and its wide input ranges allows for compatibility with various logic systems or microprocessors. Its internal circuit design allows for lower output saturation voltage, higher transfer efficiency and higher noise immunity, as well as driving multiple TTL loads. The PS2501-1X further includes a high isolation frequency of 1000kHz and high common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 2000V/μs.
