MOC3022X Product Details
The ISOCOM MOC3022X Triac Output Optocoupler is a non-zero crossing optocoupler manufactured by Isocom Components 2004 LTD. It features an insulation voltage of 5.3 kV and a VDRM of 400 V. Designed with 6 pins in a DIP package, the optocoupler is ideal for those requiring electrical isolation in their system, as well as temperature stability, low power consumption, and excellent noise immunity. The MOC3022X meets the safety requirements of UL1577, has a low capacitance of 1500pF, and a propagation delay of 4 us opt/tot. It is designed for use in motor control, lighting control, and household appliances applications such as relay drivers and lamp controls.
