The Isocom Components 2004 LTD Optoisolators - Triac, SCR Output MOC3011X is an optoisolator of 5.3KV with a Triac and 6DIP package. This opto-isolator offers excellent electromagnetic compatibility, being able to withstand high voltage transients and noise spikes. It can also work up to a high range of temperature and its space-saving functionality makes it easy to integrate into even the tightest of designs. The optoisolator is a 4 channel device which can supply up to 35mA of current at a maximum peak voltage of 5.3 KV with a wide operating frequency range of 57~450KHz. It has an insulation distance of 5mm, making it ideal for applications where space is limited. Moreover, it provides a very good creepage distance, making it suitable for use in a variety of low voltage AC/DC applications.
