MCT6X Product Details

Isocom Components 2004 LTD's MCT6X family of opto-isolators feature a two-channel, 16DIP transistor and photovoltaic output. The device is powered by a 5.3kV isolated voltage and offers high resistance on both of its channels. It also features excellent isolation voltage, up to 6kV peak, and advanced photo-coupler technology. The MCT6X offers an effective way to monitor and protect fragile circuits from electrical noise, excessive voltages and other faults.
