ISQ1X Product Details

Isocom Components 2004 LTD Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output ISQ1X is a reliable 4 channel optocoupler with high isolation voltage ideal for signal isolation, power supply sequencing and ground loop elimination applications. The ISQ1X offers a test isolation voltage of 5.3 kV and a coupling capacitance of 50 %. It has a maximum DC current transfer of 50 mA and is available in a standard 16 pin DIP package. Its features include an operating temperature range of -55˚C to +110˚C, comparable CTR of 50 % ~ 600 %, compact size, and a high insulation resistance of 1011 Ohm min with a peak AC voltage of 1.5 kVrms. Furthermore, The ISQ1X is tested and verified to work at a wide range of temperatures and conditions, making it a perfect solution for demanding applications.
