Isocom Components 2004 LTD Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output ISP847X are 4-channel, photovoltaic, Transistor Output Optocouplers that provide isolation and noise immunity in applications that need electrical isolation between low voltage and high voltage circuits. This device features a maximum voltage of 5.3 kV, a coupling efficiency of 50%, and a maximum current rating of 50 mA. The Optocoupler is packaged in a 16-pin DIP form factor and features a maximum load capacitance of 100 pF.
