This optoisolator has an isolation voltage of 5.3 KV and a transistor output with 4-Pin SMD package that ensures easy installation. With its fast switching times of up to 540 ns and wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, this product is suitable for use in industrial, process control and computer systems, as well as other similar applications. In addition, this device offers low input current of 0.3 mA and very low output saturation voltage of just 1.5V.
