The Isocom Components 2004 LTD Optoisolators-Transistor, Photovoltaic Output ISP817CX is an ideal product for isolating digital inputs and outputs in industrial, medical, and automotive applications. This optoisolator is a 4-pin DIP device that has a transistor photovoltaic output. It offers a maximum current transfer ratio of 15mA, 5.3KVrms isolation voltage, and a voltage transfer ratio of 4.5V minimum. It has a switching frequency of up to 100kHz and offers a breakdown voltage rating of 1600V-1700V, making it ideal for high-voltage applications. It utilizes a dual diode structure, which protects the output stage from any reverse polarity application and helps reduce the power dissipation. This optoisolator also features a UL 1577 certification, ensuring that it meets all standards for isolation voltages. It is also RoHS compliant and comes in a surface mountable package making it perfect for any application.
