The Isocom Components 2004 LTD Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output ISD1X is a high-performance optoisolator designed to provide secure and reliable isolation between circuits. It has a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 90°C and offers a maximum isolation voltage rating of 5.3kV. The device provides two channels with a logic-to-logic isolation in a single 8-lead DIP package.
