IS281A Product Details

Isocom Components 2004 LTD’s Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output IS281A are optocouplers featuring a transistor and photovoltaic output configuration, packed in a miniature, surface mountable 4-pin package. With excellent electrical isolation, high common mode rejection ration, and advanced safety features, these components are the ideal fit for high speed circuit isolation, precise voltage regulation, and efficient signal transmission. The IS281A provides up to 3.75kVrms of electrical isolation and enhanced on-resistance output for lower power consumption, supporting both an open-collector and totem-pole output. It can operate from a single 1.6-5.5V power supply with a wide range of foward current, making it a highly reliable yet cost-efficient choice for both commercial and industrial applications.
