The Isocom Components 2004 LTD CNY17F-4XSM Transistor Output Optocoupler is a reliable and durable optoisolator device. It features a single-channel design, with 5.3 kV isolation ratings, as well as a robust 160% current transfer ratio. This opto device is designed for high efficiency power conversion and signal transmission applications, in a convenient DIP 6-pin surface mount package. The CNY17F-4XSM offers up to 60mA power output and up to 10A peak current capability. Additionally, it comes with an impressive storage temperature range from -55ºC to +100ºC and an operating temperature of -55ºC to +125ºC. This makes it ideal for a wide range of industries, including automotive, consumer and industrial.
