ISL68201IRZ Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a QFN package. PWM dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. There is a switch at 1.5MHz that can be used with this controller. A temperature of -40°C or higher is recommended. A temperature of 85°C degrees Celsius is recommended. When the dc switching is dormant, it uses 14mA. It is planned to design voltage regulators switchings with 24 pins. Switches with 1 phases are used in this controller.
