ISL6522BIRZ-TS2698 Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a VQFN package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. A temperature of -40°C or higher is recommended. A temperature of 85°C degrees Celsius is recommended. A maximum frequency of 1MHz can be set by the controller.
