ISL54504IHZ-T Overview

A cost-effective Single supply type analogue multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 1.8V. 28nA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. If put voltage greater than 100nA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. The switches should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 85°C.
