ISL3179EIRZ-T7A Overview
This LED driver IC features an enhanced DFN package for driving common LEDs.The receiver is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) package.Through optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies, its package size is reduced dramatically.There must be a transceiver module's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this optical transceiver.This IC has a transceiver's maximum supply voltage of 3.6V.
