MK9173-01CS08LFT Overview
Clock PLL is embedded in the LQFP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. 8 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 5V allows for high efficiency. LVCMOS is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. 240MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 5.25V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 4.75V for normal operation. Clock PLL is equipped with 8 pin count.
