IDT5V49EE702NDGI Overview
Embedded in the QFN package is this Clock PLL. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. There is no point in supplying this frequency generator with a voltage higher than 3.465V. PLLs have a minimum supply voltage limit of 3.135V. When this RF synthesizer is operated at its maximum current, it will supply 190mA.
