IDT1338-18DCGI Overview
There is an embedded version of real time clocks in the package SOIC.In the RTC times, there is a memory of 56B that is available for storing programs as well as data.In this case, the RTC module is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.A total of 8 pins are equipped with the real time clock.Operating temperatures should be greater than -40°C.A temperature lower than 85°C should be used for operating.A minimum voltage of 1.4V is required for operation.There is a maximal supply voltage of 5.5V when real time clocks are operating.
