ICS813001AGILFT Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The TSSOP package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 2.5V. There is a Clock PLL called LVTTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 640MHz maximum. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 2.625V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER. A maximum voltage of 2.375V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 24 bits. Featuring an impressive low-temperature operating performance and -40°C functions, this clock generator is sure to impress. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 85°C. ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
