ICS7152AMI-02 Overview


Embedded in the SOIC package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 240 when reflowing. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVTTL. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 133MHz. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. In this IC, a 8-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance.
