ICS508MILFT Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The SOIC package contains this clock generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be PECL. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 250MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of -40°C operations. Despite its attenuated performance, this frequency synthesizer can last at 85°C.
