ICS307M01 Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The SOIC package embeds this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. Approximately 5.5V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 3V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 70°C, it may cause ha70°Cards. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. The clock-generating IC is a 16-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. A 16 pin is available on the clock PLL.
