ICS275PGLFT Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the TSSOP package is this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 200MHz Max. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 3.465V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There is a 16-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator. This clock generator ic has an impressive low-temperature operating performance and is capable of 0°C operations. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance.
