A QFN package is supplied for space savings. It is adopted to package in the manner of Bulk. The transmission line is terminated with 40 terminations to prevent reflection of signals. This device consists of a row of 40-pins. This device is mounted on a PCB which uses the Surface Mount technology. As a result of analog signals being converted into digital signals, there are 2 A/D converters. As long as the minimum supply voltage is set at 4.75V, the device will work. To keep normal operation, the operating temperature is set to 70°C. The minimum operating temperature is set to 0°C in order to maintain normal operation. This device uses the consumer IC type CONSUMER CIRCUIT. ALSO REQUIRES 3.135 TO 3.465 V is a property of this type.
