It is packaged using the Tape and Reel method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the LQFP package is this Clock PLL. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVDS. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 700MHz. In this IC, a 32-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are a number of 32 pins that are available on the clock generators. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that frequency generators can handle. There is no point in supplying this frequency generator with a voltage higher than 3.465V. PLLs have a minimum supply voltage limit of 3.135V.
