87332AMI-01LF Overview
Clock PLL is embedded in the SOIC N package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 8 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. LVDS is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. 500MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Clock generator operates with the maximal supply voltage of 3.8V. Clock PLL operates with the minimal supply voltage of 2.375V. The logic IC PLL clock adopts is LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER. The supply current of 30mA needs to be provided to fully play clock generator's function.
