Infineon's IGBTBSM150GB60DLC module series provides low switching loss for frequency switching up to 60 kHz.
BSM150GB60DLCcovers a series of power supply modules, such as ECONOPACK package with 1200V collector and emitter voltage, and PrimePACK IGBT half-bridge chopper module with NTC up to 1600amp 1700V. PrimePACK IGBT can be used in industrial, commercial, construction and agricultural vehicles. N-channel TRENCHSTOP and FieldStop IGBT modules are suitable for hard-switching and soft-switching applications such as inverters, UPS and industrial drivers.
