Infineon's TTLE92783BQXXUMA1 offers the highest level of integration at the smallest footprint for automotive applications requiring multiple channels of CAN transceivers like gateways and high-end Body Control Modules (BCM). A high-efficient Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) buck regulator provides an external 5.0 V output voltage at up to 750 mA while an additional DC/DC boost converter supports applications or conditions at low supply input voltages. The TLE92783BQXXUMA1 is controlled and monitored via a 16-bit Serial Peripheral Interface(SPI).

DC/DC Boost converter for low Vsup supply voltage with an integrated switch at 6.5V, 8V, 10V, and 12 V

Low-Drop Voltage Regulator with external PNP device with configurable 5.0V, 3.3V, 1.8 V, and 1.2 V output voltage, protected for off-board usage

Very low quiescent current consumption in Stop and Sleep Mode

Dedicated pin for I/0 voltage supply selection

Four CAN Transceivers compliant to CAN Flexible Data-rate (FD)
