TLE88812TNAKSA1 Description
TLE88812TNAKSA1 is a type of single-chip alternator control IC with LIN interface, designed based on Infineon’s power technology SPT. Based on this technology, bipolar and CMOS control circuitry can be integrated with DMOS power devices on the same monolithic circuitry. Special protection circuitry as well as circuitry are equipped to control the excitation voltage slew rate to reduce EMI. Thus, the TLE88812TNAKSA1 alternator control IC meets the specific ESD and EMC requirement of the harsh automotive environment.
