TLE7274D Description


TLE7274D developed by Infineon Technologies is a member of voltage regulators delivering very low current consumption. Shutdown, short circuit and overtemperature protection are provided when operating. The maximum output current is 400 mA. Moreover, the TLE7274D low drop voltage regulator can be used for all other applications requiring a stabilized 5 V voltage.
