TLE7270D Description
A monolithic integrated low-drop voltage regulator with a 300mA load capacity is the TLE7270D. With a 2% accuracy, an input voltage of up to 42V is regulated to V. The IC is particularly suited for -controller supplies because of its integrated reset circuitry, which includes a 2-step adjustable power on timing and output voltage monitoring. With ceramic output capacitors as small as 470 nF, consistent operation is possible thanks to the clever design. The TLE7270D is made to withstand the demanding conditions of automotive applications.
