This LED driver IC features an enhanced 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package for driving common LEDs.In the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this receiver is mounted.This Transceiver can transceiver is a versatile part that has enabled many solutions to serve a variety of purposes.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this wide receiver.Power supply for this differential driver is 4.75V~5.25V.As many as 1/1 receivers/drivers are eligible for use on this electronic part.With a voltage range of 5V, this driver IC can operate efficiently.There are 8 terminations in this wide receiver so that signals can be driven from the data and received.It is a 8-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation controls.150°C is the minimum operating transceiver module's temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this optical transceiver, which is -40°C.
